I always get so hungry before bedtime. I usually just drink a shake. Anything else you guys would recommend eating? I'm tryin to put on weight but as everyone says not too much fat. Should I just stick to the shakes or what?
If youre trying to put weight on then dont be afraid of extra carbs.Even before bed.Chow down some oats or a potato and wash it down with some casein or other slow releasing protein source."IF" you start to notice fat accumulating the simply adjust the diet a little.
I do the protein shake before bed, but sometimes I include just a small bit of carbs because it seems to 'satisfy' my body a bit better than protein shake alone so I drink a small amount of fruit juice afterwards--probably 1/3 cup.
Yeah, gotta agree with Flex. Cottage cheese is a must before bed. You want a solid not a liquid. LIquids get broken down in 1/2 the time it take for your body to break down a solid. Steak is also a winner exp if your bulking, then its a must.
what about fish guys? and extra lean meat(4%fat). Also add a tbsp of flax to you cottage cheese bro. If not maybe you could make some pig sperm popsicles for a midnight snack!! lol :satan:
