Hey guys,
Im just getting into lifting seriously. Im 16 years old. 6 foot tall 170 lbs. Looking to gain muscle all over but my main goal is to increase my verticle by about 10"s or so at least. I realize i must also eat healthy and plan on starting this next month and starting lifting in 2 months since this is when ill have somewhere to workout. Anyone have a detailed workout routine to help?
