bro I will be honest that methyl5 is great! it gives me added energy/agression in gym and i stay lean on it, i stopped though after 2.5 weeks or so cause it was upsetting my stomach as I was also taking methyle dien , so i stopped both for a break, but they were great man but to many orals upset my stomach

i was taking 3 tabs of the methyl5 preworkout

Gaspari is over priced big time, quality no idea, i hear lots of different shit slinging about his product but mostly by competitors, so no clue about its quality, 10-12 pounds of solid muscle will take alot of time my man, probably a few different cycles of this stuff
