some OTC fatburners would work fine if your eating clean and increase your cardio up to 2 30minutes sessions. One first thing in the morning and the next after lifting or after last meal. Clen can be used but dont need it IMO.
 
in my opinion there is no better otc fat burner better than eca. if your diet is clean and your cardio is good. if will do wonders for ya. i have had to stop taking it though because i think it raises my bp soo much. i start to get in the indside corners of my eyes and inside my lower eyelids a very bright blood red color. again i am sure its bp. i never got it b4 but will try to go on it again.

There is no case ever documented that shows T3 screwing up the thyroid. Theoretically it should though.

But regardless, you should not touch T3 without any steroids as you will lose muscle pronto.

Clen people are starting to stay away from it as it is seriously getting linked to permanent heart problems - go to professionalmuscle.com and use the Search feature and read up on it.

When you say, hardcore, you mean non hormonal products? If so, Synthetek.com has alot of good nonhormonal injectibles that a natural can use, get good results, but without any hormonal sides.

Regardless, if you are 20%+, you should just do a good diet. When you are that fat (no offense, but that's FAT!), just a mild adjustment in yoru diet will give you results. Yod o a porper diet, you will get lean fast!
 
i've cycle t3 a number of times...cycled up and down...got a thyroid test done 8 weeks afterwards, it was fine..also have taken 50mcgs ed for 6 weeks and got tested 8 weeks later and was back to normal again...
just be consistent and dont go to high..but be on gear...
 
I thought I read an article were Frank was taking something like 300 mcg Ed and afterward was dependent on those tabs, maybe there was littel truth to the article but I do remember that. I honestly think that at 22% you can do it naturally now, save the drugs for when you hit a plataue aroudn the mid teens or so. Up your cardio 45-60 ED in the am and follow it with a pm session of 2-30 min after your w/o. Eat clean, lots of veg and elminate sugars and enriched flour products, stick to whole grains. You could use ECA, but anything else I would save, you will ned a push in a few months, but some of that 22 should come off easy in the beginning without the need for such things.
 
thanks guys. i have definitely cleaned up my diet ALOT. i am not eating like crap anymore and i am up to 1hr in the morning at a steep incline brisk walk. I am using an ECA stack but right now just more for energy and as a motivator. I have really got into the" train your mind and the rest will follow attitude" I will post some b4 and after pics in 4 weeks or so.
 
I definitely agree about t-3 and combination of AAS...running it without it could definitely cost you your muscle and alot more if not taken seriously,..But Big A mentioned just changin up your diet abit and increase cardio and you will see results...supps are just there to give you the edge....it's not a miracle drug or anything...just my 2 cents
 
how bout this trio-clen, t-3, lr3. this works great for me and the lr3 is enough to offset the muscle loss caused by the t-3 for me.

Nothing new that I know of. Just usual - T3, clen, GH, eca, dnp, selen, tine, etc.

i cant get them to cramp on the days i do my calf's though
i guess their is already alot of blood flowing through them
 
DNP, T-3, CLEN, WINNY, TREN, HGH, ECA, IGF, any of these will help you on your way. Add some weight trainning to a propper diet also helps greatly.
