ive got a buddy of mine who has ALOT of fat and he asked me what i think is best to use to burn it off thats not to bad on the wallet. i think clen is pretty good but i want to hear your opinions. thanx
bump Cyphon,.....clen works,....if you can get your hands on hgh that would be perfect,...lipo 6 is supposed to be good too,...t-3 with gear would be awesome too,....there are many choices...CLA is good too...
Sounds like he wants the easy way out because he's looking for supplements and it doesn't sound like he's in good shape or worked out yet.
If that's the case he'll never reach his goals.
What is his exercise routine and diet like?
Work on that 1st. Don't even bother spending money on supplements. They're a waste of money if you aren't training properly and they aren't necessary when you first start working out. If he gets his diet under control and is consistent in the gym he will see huge results within 6 months without any supplements.
hahaha your completly right zylo. im not really suree how much time hes spent in the gym. it looks like not to long. hes a big dude, and i mean really big, he prolly weighs 330 and hes 5'10 so to put it bluntly hes FAT. he says hes done d-bol before cause someone said that would cut him up??? he says once he gets somethin he will start.he really is lookin for the easy way out. ill just tell him once hes in the gym for a bit then ill help him out.
i dont know why people always come to me when they want somethgin
All the steroids in the world won't do anything for him until he learns how to be consistent, commited and stick with a proper diet and exercise program.
Diet diet diet and getting him into the gym consistantly is the only thing that's really going to make his ultimate goals reality however I'm sure you realize this and hopefully have told him this by now however a friend of mine who was quite over weight needed something in which he knew would work and would help motive him to get into the gym so he did a clen/t3 stack and it worked great and now it's been over a year ago and now is still going to the gym more religiously than I am. Maybe this will help him but ultimately you know your friend and if he does not have a clean diet and train, nothing is going to help him.
Forget the supps at this poit and time, he needs to be doing cardio consistently 5X week and eating properly. Be sure to let him know that there are no short cuts. It will take time to burn the fat off that he put on. Diet is 80% the reason he looks the way he does so until that is fixed he's watsing his time with supps.
