deca is great, but it adds water to most people. Id consider EQ. Its just as good for the joints, but doesnt add on the water weight. IGF is great too.
Just loosing the extra pounds will make the joints feel better.
I have no idea why my joints bother me so much. But i know what your talking about. I've had hip/ knee pain since my late 20's. I used to run alot, matial arts, and heavy lifting, lots of wresting. One of those or a combination probley f-ed me up.
