Best Lat Builder

What exercise best packs on the meat in the lat department for you folks?
 
honestly for me it would be wide front lat pull downs heavy as i can go and seated rows as heavy as i can go. I dont feel a crazy good muscle squeeze out of them going that heavy but it makes them grow more then anything for me.
 
dead lifts out of the rack. anyone else do these. I'm 6-3 so i don't deadlift off the ground to protect my lower back. But i'll get in a squack rack with the safet bars about 15 in. off the ground and rep out some heavy heavy dead lifts.
 
Yeah, I think heavy rack deads (set right below the knee) are the best at building overall back. 495 x 6 today :thumbsup: Wanted to throw the 2.5lb plates on there to make it an even 500, but it was my last set. Oh well, next week right?

hell yeah bro i agree love throwing around heavy weight on that. I went up to 405 this week. Still weak from taking so much time off after the bicep but im getting it back slowly but surely ;). youll get the 500 next week baby hit it hard tee.
 
I need to get back to doing the heavy rack deads. My gym isn't quite outfitted to do them though so I'll have to figure it out.

im 6'1" and pull deads from the rack one day, and from the ground another. My lower back took a beating, but a belt helped fix half the problem and the chiro fixed the other half.
definitely both great mass builders.
 
Heavy bent over bb rows, one arm rows, lat pull ups, seated wide grip rows. I got thickness still working on width gettin there slowly. Still short changed being a female:mad:
