we all know when doing a straight bar thats more for the belly of the bicep, and a preacher is more for peak.

so as of late ive been trying to work inside to outside since i lag with my peak

i start with preacher, then straight bar, then WIDE cables curls with a pulldown bar, then hammers


any suggestions fellas?
 
dont forget the weird thing presser was talking about with one arm preachers with the curl bar
 
ill bump it if i can find it. You use a curl bar with one arm at a time, over a preacher. I tried it today.... IT is hard to stabilize... I wish i did it first though, cause my arms where to blown out to use much weight and therefore less effective.
 
i cant find it anywhere... i dream shit up sometimes and think its real.

Anyways, try doing this first thing.... Start with a 10lbs on each side of a curl bar. Set it over a preacher curl. Use one arm at a time with your tri on the pad. You'll see... while you curl, the bar wants to swing side to side... both bi muscles (along with stabilizers) have to work in order to keep the bar straight.
 
routine is something like heavy barbell curls, preacher curls, hammers, concentration and finish em with 21's....pretty high volume....
