im guessing you are born with or without a bicep peak.
does training a certain way help improve your peak? my right arm has a great peak my left is rather flat.
also i noticed over the years as my arms grow, yes they are way bigger but they seemed to have gotten longer and less peaky... could this be from not being as lean as when i was many years ago?
