im guessing you are born with or without a bicep peak.

does training a certain way help improve your peak? my right arm has a great peak my left is rather flat.

also i noticed over the years as my arms grow, yes they are way bigger but they seemed to have gotten longer and less peaky... could this be from not being as lean as when i was many years ago?

I'm not sure if it's a lot of genetics or not, but for me incline dumbbell curls help with getting a peak for me

incline dbs, very good supinated seated curls, making sure the pinky side of your hand is turning all the way up, concentration curls, and drag curls is what I have seen and none of these are heavy weight, I usually only use around 35-40 pounds for inclined and supinated curls, when I lift heavier I go up to 45s with those, than with drag curls usually around 50 pounds, but when I lift heavier around 70, and I like to do alot of reps when ever I do concentrations so I just use like a 25 db but do it like 30 reps

Larry Scott taught an exercise for bicep peak. You'd sit at a lat pulldown and grab the bar with a close underhand grip. Then curl the bar down behind your neck. This hits the brachialis, which is a muscle under the bicep. By growing the brachialis it pushes the bicep up, thus achieving the better peak.
