I just wanted to take a second to say thanks to the members who set me straight when I first posted on here. I wanted to use gear and had the thought that winni-v was the answer!! As we all know I was way off track with that thought. Any way I have been lifting hard for about 8 months now and today I set a person best on bench press. When I started I couldn't even press 180 pounds! I know I am weak!! Today I threw Up 215 3 times. Like I said I am steal weak but making huge improvements. Thanks to the members who told me to eat right and train right and to stay away from gear till I am ready. I am really getting strong all natural. Thanks bros just wanted to take a second to let you all know I appreciate all the info I get even if it's not what I want to hear.

Yeah I would like to hit 250 by the end off the year. Also I think after the first of the year I might start looking into doing my first cycle.

Have you ever done pin presses before? Or another thing you can do is get on a smith machine and lie on the floor and press that way. You'll use more chest and triceps and it'll help boost your bench up

Pin press are in a power rack, get a flat bench and put it in the rack, lower the pins down to where the bar will be basically around an inch off your chest and all you're going to be doing is the ending part of the lift.

It'll really help your triceps and the hardest part of the lift...Another thing you can do is with dumbbells to really help your tris and lats (since they play a big factor as well). You'll lie down on a flat bench with dumbbells overhead as though you're going to press them, but when you lower the weight, turn your hands so that your palms are facing your face and lower the dumbbells down to your hip bone so that the inside part of the dumbbell is almost hitting your hip bone then when you go to press the weight, you'll return it to the starting position which will be over your chest, but focus on really squeezing your triceps and lats when you press it back up

How old are you? How many years have you been training? I'd wait to get at least a good solid 3-4 yrs of heavy lifting and get a good foundation built before you use gear.
When i first started lifting I was 155 lbs in H.S. and I got to 180 lbs by the time my senior year came around. I was right around 195 lbs and had been training seriously for about 6 yrs when i did my first cycle.
Besides your hormones are at their peak naturally and don't start to decline until you're btwn 25-30 yrs.
Just my two cents.

you can also do them on the floor they are called floor presses...use to do these a lot back in the day
