I would still reccomend going clean for as long as you can before you test. AAS will definately affect your cholesterol levels (my HDL was in the single digits!!!! total cholesterol was over 300). The insurance company will consider you a prime candidate for a heart attack. Depending upon which AAS you're taking (e.g. orals), your liver values may be elevated as well. This is all temporary and will go back to normal, but give yourself every chance, and stay clean until the test. Also, if you are going to try to dilute your sample by taking in huge amounts of water, make sure you are supplementing creatine and some kind of multivitamin at a minimum. If your creatinine (metabolite of creatine) levels are too low, they will suspect that you are trying to mask drug use. Good luck!
