So I am in a spot I have been several times before, not knowing what to do.
After running a really long cycle again with various factors destroying a consistent continuation of gains that being fat loss and muscle mass gain, as well as strength and endurance going up, I am finding myself not knowing what I should do.

I have been running a cycle for I don't even know how long, not tracking and being responsible like I always do and I don't know whether to stop running it for a couple months and feel small, fat, and weak again, or continue knowing that I am making my bad cholesterol levels too high for a prolonged period.

Factors such as a broken wrist for 6 months of this year
having another child
being sick
having a couple sinus infection
have all negatively effected me

I am currently 5' 9" and staying between 208-213 using no protien, no increased eating and no pre workout, whereas last year I peaked at 211 trying my hardest eating 6 meals a day and 2 shakes and kept the weight for 1 week before it started creeping back down.

I can't get rid of the belly fat like I did the last 2 years really well, although it has started coming off more the last couple months. I am wondering if this has to do with the high LDL levels?

I have been running really just HRT levels of test and low EQ for a few months and running test for over a year now.

I am afraid my drive will plummet, my fat will raise and my endurance will shit out, but it may just be time to give it a break.

What are your guys thoughts?

I am also really bad at waiting 3 months before getting back on, giving my receptors a chance to clear out.

It's funny having the knowledge and not being sure when to apply it..... damn

If your life is t I. Order better to take a break. Added stress can lead to zero gains. Mental connection is everything in this sport.

But if your life is good metal and you and your ol'lady can handle the day to day typical stuff, I say press on brother!! Change your gear up increase dose, go trt on test hit high anabolics, or if you can afford it add pharma grade gh. Something I between those lines. Serious bodybuilders never come off completely. I don't see the need to. You should be cycling igf1 and gh constantly In between and along side cycles!

Not going into details but been there brutha! People make being natural out to be waaaaayyyy worse than it is. At 208, you don't need anything other than human levels to maintain 99.9% of your gains. Strength is almost permanent and I know this hasn't been proven yet, but your body is metabolically never the same after prolonged gear usage. I can tell you I am way different in terms of how I handle food. I stay lean year round and this was always a struggle for me. I think I have posted on here enough for you to know how I eat, but if you don't know I'd be glad to help out.

Yes, you will lose bloat, yes you will lose peakiness, and yes you will lose a little endurance. But it isn't that bad. 3 months is no time and your health is all that matters. If you want help for libido on hrt levels with otc supps I have a killer stack based around argenine precursors and basic minerals.

Also, you won't get fat. I promise. Unless you eat like a bitch ass girl and stuff your face with sugar. Be a man and eat meat and fat and carbs around your workout. Use eca and yohimbine year round.

I believe that strength training is far more effective for mass and metabolism when you have normal test levels so try 531 or something like that too.

Give it a shot man. It would be different if you were 240, but you can get what you want and be healthy at 208 as long as you mentally believe you can!

faster03 breakdown some of those supps for me brutha, I'd like to hear what you have to say about them.

the older you get the more important it is to listen to your body and take extra breaks...even extended breaks help...there's always gonna be muscle memory and only takes a few hard weeks to get things back

i say take a break and try to get as lean as you can naturally it will be good for your health and you should get great gains when you start back again.

Triptorelin 100mcg one shot intra m

Then ostarine 50ui morning oral 60 days

trt doses of test Until testicles and hpta is totally restored. Of course hcg 5000iu every second day until nuts are filled.
Cycle igf1 or gh your gtg. This is what I would do if I was gonna take some time off. And all of the above statements are true. Keep it clean brother keep it all whole foods. Good luck metal

So the obvious supps for muscle are creatine mono and a good protein blend. I think blends are far superior to whey.

For fat loss, eca or yca or both at 1-2x ed. Yohimbine is harder to run because insulin messes its effectiveness up so good times to take it are first thing in the am with cardio or after a workout, but before post workout cardio. I suggest 16mg 2xed for your bw. So what I recommend is ecay in the dosage of 36-200-150-16 mg first thing am then pre workout the standard eca at 24-200-81 then yca at 16-200-81 right after workout and before you step on the treadmill or whatever post workout cardio you do.

Yohimbine is also incredible for sex drive which regardless of if you are having sex or not is a big part of self esteem and general wellness IMO.

So leading me to sex drive supps, I suggest 8g AAKG, 6g Citrulline Malate, 6-8g beta alanine, and 4g L-Ornithine ED broken into two dosages - one with preworkout and one in the morning. Buy all in powder form and mix with protein. These might make you more vascular, won't build muscle like they are marketed for, but certainly help blood flow.

Oh also, sex drive and lean ness and general health all coinside so I suggest supplementing with zma at night and adding in a high quality multi vitamin like animal pak or opti-men. You will be surprised how much overall health changes things. Fish oil should be a staple too.

And I know you didn't ask, but I think you may be over eating or eating too frequently. Try eating more fat, more meat, less carbs (except around workout) and only when you are hungry.

Hope this helps mane.

Hell I've been off for awhile now and I really didn't want to come off, but I did take the 18 to 20 some odd weeks off maybe more. I didn't get fat but I have been out of the gym for around 2 months now due to elbow pain issues but Im making myself stay out longer to heal properly. I hate not being as tight and feeling bigger when I walk in some where but I know its for the best. I know when I do go back I should come back strong. I've come down from 218lbs to holding around 206-210 day in and out. I also worried about getting fatter but I eat what the hell I want to and still look about the same. I def think the time off will help brother.

Thanks guys, I dont really eat sugar, and carbs are lower than a normal persons, but not as much as when I actually diet 100% where I cut 1 major meal completely of carbs. I ordered Yohimbinetoo :) I'll see what it does. Here comes 192 pounds.....
