Although it's almost 2011 today marks a special day for bodybuilding's hottest couple. Well known IFBB Pro's Mark Alvisi and Ava Cowan have been an item for quite some time now; much to the dismay of many fans who dream of having a date with either athlete. In the last couple of months Cowan and Alvisi have been busy opening their own supplement shop Pro Sports Nutrition which offers specialty nutrition programs and training by the pro's, as well as, a full assortment of supplements.
As if that wasn't an accomplishment in itself Alvisi just broke the news that he and Cowan are now engaged. According to Alvisi's Facebook wall the announcement was posted as "SHE SAID YES!!!" along with a picture of Cowan's ring. The ring has a princess cut center stone with channel set diamonds down the shank. Christmas 2010 will be a special day to remember for these well known athletes in the bodybuilding, fitness and modeling industry.
