Ok, Im not a huge branch fan but ive seen him train delts a few times and he goes heavy on military press (actually looks like incline bench press if you see his body arch) and he does a ton of front delt work. I know everyone does things different and has there own sweat-spot. I dont beleive in this Full range bullshit. EVERY-BODY is different but I have stopped exclusive front delt work bc they seem to get so much work from chest day. Any comments
