Branch Doing Delts

Ok, Im not a huge branch fan but ive seen him train delts a few times and he goes heavy on military press (actually looks like incline bench press if you see his body arch) and he does a ton of front delt work. I know everyone does things different and has there own sweat-spot. I dont beleive in this Full range bullshit. EVERY-BODY is different but I have stopped exclusive front delt work bc they seem to get so much work from chest day. Any comments
 
Not to hijack the thread, but looking at your avatar, Rep, whatever you're doing really works for you. Those are massive delts. I'd love to know what you do for them, please pm me if you would.
 
Thanks. They started growing after hearing Bob chicherllo talk about delts on bb.com last year. He said, side laterals, side laterals and more side laterals. He mentioned doing them on cable bc of constant tension. Ok, I came up with my own side lats. I use an ankle strap that has a hook for the cable machine. I put it on my forearm and do side lats. Its amazing as hell. I lean into it but this takes the arm and other muscles completly out. I was just sitting on my gym floor looking for something different and that just hit me. I stopped doing front delts bc I used to concentrate on heavy military press and side lats were last. Also, i do A LOT of rear delt work. I look pretty thick in a short from the top bc of the rear delts. Anyway, other than that, I have been doing some wide grip up-right rows bc The Dude mentioned it. Not sold yet but still playing with it.
