is it true what i read

that a few guys had the x-plode, cellmass, and nitrix tested and contained monohydrate instead of CEM (elthy ester)
now their sueing them for flase advertising

That's the first I heard of it. Did a search on it, and apparently everyone started discussing this back in Dec. 2007! The web site supplement police has the information on it.

It wasn't that they used monohydrate, they claimed that the CEE malate is not in the mix.
