building more muscle without gaining fat

I’m in a little bit of a dilemma where I’m at 15% body fat and I don’t want to put on any more body fat at 218 lbs and 6’3”.a
seems like when I try to build more muscle I also put on more fat at the same time.
This is why I would like to try using steroids and maybe do some sort of recomposition
a friend recommended I go with anadrol 50mgs a day and trenbolone at 250mgs a week. He said that working together those will give me really good results what do you think?

300mgs equipoise
300mgs testosterone
watch you grow in 12 weeks

add protein and n2guard with aromasin
 
Just do a lean mass gainer. Diet tightened up and 50mg a day of Var would add, for me, 5lbs of muscle.
 
bodybuilding is a challenge especially if you're genetics aren't quite there
I would recommend you cut down more so you make room to grow
 
I would do fasted cardio every morning that will keep the fat burning even as you put on muscle
 
don't use any steroids that boost appetite I would avoid things like testosterone for example or deca
 
equipoise is one of the top steroids for its flexibility I think you'll have good results on it
