Bulking?......

How do you change your training routine when bulking. I am starting this process and was wondering if I should switch from training every body part twice a week to once a week. Right now everything is sore and I really don't get much of a PUMP feeling anymore it is more or less just pushing through the pain. I know more carbs will probably help me out here and I will be eating like crazy for size. I will still probably be training legs 3x week since they need alot of attention but I am thinking just once a week on everything else....
 
Yes bro you will want to start training everything one time per week instead of the 2 ur doing now. You should also start training heavy during ur bulk phase. This is 6-10 reps per set for the major bodyparts! calves,abs, and sometimes traps you can get away with higher reps per set. and yes start eating like its a job! Thats my particular downfall when it comes to training seriously, i have no appetite and know how to eat like a champion ,lol, i just dont,lol.

yeah with training a 2 on 1 off routine is best or even a EOD routine...alot of guys mistake training all the time as the best way...but honeslty trianing 3 to 4 times a week on a bulking routine is the way to go...As for legs, I say 2 x a week MAX...Because of the heavy training your recovery will be not as good, if you train 3 x a week...Also, with legs do a high rep day (20-50 reps) and a heavy day (4-8 reps) ...Also, use high intensity tech. like negatives, forced reps, Rambods routine of 7's, ect, ect...
