Can a lagging bodypart really be brought up?

Lets say for the common bodybuilder. Do you think that a lagging bodypart can come up to match the rest of his body, or is that just the way it is, and genetics is to blame?
 
its hard when you continue to train and grow the other parts but i say yes if you are crazy enough it can be done
 
I think it depends on the degree of the imbalance but I'd bet that 99% of all lagging body parts could be brought up
 
I feel like if its completely not in ur genetics ur screwed, I can bench twice the amount of one of those guys that was on the MTV show that was takin roids (when he was off of em) and his chest was 4 times my size. I think ppl r usually a puller or pusher body type, my back traps and shoulders can get huge while no matter what my chest and triceps can never catch up.
 
Absolutely! It takes a great deal of prioritization. My calves used to be absolutely horrible. After years of abuse and every product and exercise under the sun they are catching up quickly.

I dont know man I have no chest when im not on the soup and I have been working out since 99, given the first few years were not knowing shit and half assing but I have know for quite some time how to workout and my genetics dont care about pec's

i think you can - although site oil might be in the cards to achieve it.
