I know most think of carbs as the enemy esp when leaning hard but what do you guys eat cabr wise on a regular basis. . such as clean bulk. . im trying to clean bulk now. . so around 50g carbs / 35 g protein limited fats but know gotta have those good fats. oatmeal, rice brown and white, potatoes white and sweet, grits for us southern boys lol, cream o wheat, wheat pasta, carbolyn carb shake, waxy maize shake, any other good quality cars you guys can think of as options, :weight:
