i have two a day, one in the morning and one in the evening. The first is whey, glutamine, and dextrose. I use it for my pwo shake too. The second is whey, glutamine, and a slow carb. I wanted to add more to my a night time food to my diet that would keep me from being hungry at night, be acceptable for my diet, give me protein, and up my insulin levels as I sleep.
According to my research the casein in the cottage cheese gels in the gut which will slow digest the protein as I sleep. Plus, it will up my insulin levels. Which we all know is a natural HGH your body produces.
I try to keep as natural as possible. My only other supplements are CLA, Green Tea extract, and a multivitamin.
