I keep reading things on this forum about chained out. I know that there are better supplements than others but whats the deal with this stuff and what is a good price on it?
its just a basic BCAA formula that has non-stims pre workout stuff in it....I dont know why, but I seem to get alot more out of it, than NO pre workout products or other BCAA formula's...a good price is around 36-38 bucks
