chest twice a week.
day 1 is a normal chest workout with mostly presses and flies with dumbells

day2 is ALL flies with cables. 3x high 3x mid 3x low

been getting gre3at fullness this way

How hard is your second chest workout ? do you go to failure or is it a pump workout

I just started doing chest twice a week two .. I'm trying bring my upper and inner chest up..
 
More often is one way to do it. I believe you can get results by increasing intensity, frequency, or volume so whichever of those works best for you. Frequency is definitely a viable option.
 
couple guys in my gym do presses one day then iso chest work at the end of the week.
 
I have been doing 3 sets for shoulders 2 times a week in addition to a typical shoulder day and it seems to be helping so I'm sure you can make gains from this
