I went up to 192mcg/day, and was using 4 eca's (schwartz labs ultimate burn - suggested serving size of 1), and 4 NYC+, before my contest. The only way I could sleep at all was to take melatonin, lol, and that got me about 6 hours a night. Didn't notice the shakes too much, though - it was my 3rd time running clen, but I'd never been higher than 100mcg previously
