Correct dosage on bromo?

What would the correct dosage for bromo be?,..To help fight against prolactin problems,..I know theres dostinex witch is a whole lot better than bromo but since ive got 500 tabs of bromo...I tought put them to use,.i was thinking of front loading before starting deca at 600mgs a week,..To ward off any progesterone or prolactin possibilities,..Any help would be apreciated.

.25 ot .5 mg a day see how you react and up it from there

the standard dose is about 1 mg ED, but be careful
