Shit those days are long long long gone! Its the other way around now days, and has been for quite some time. Now you need atleast 30k for a good lawyer if you want to fight the case and take it to court, otherwise your left with just pleading the case out and trying to plead it down to a lesser charge which will only cost you about 10k$ for a good lawyer to just bargain with the prosecutor.

So yeah your fucked now days and Innocent until proven guilty is a farce!

I have no idea what you mean, but i do know the prison systems are mostly run by private corporation, which means the more people they lock up the more money they get from the sate and federal

20/20 broke a story where the prison warden was paying off the judges to give stiff long sentences to people who didnt deserve it, it got so bad that the judge was giving sentences to people who should have walked away with probation at the most

and they were even keeping the prisoners longer then their sentencing all so the prison would be able to get more funding.

So its all corrupt brutha, and as soon as prisons became privately owned ofcourse theres now over crowding in every fucking prison, cause the inmates are worth alot of money to the private owners of prisons

yeah i saw that. or maybe not the same one. but a judge was sending every kid to juvy taking kick backs from the place. the more kids they got the more grants they received. all in all i think the judge got burnt but the kids never got any restitution and one kid said "fuck you" to his mother at 15 and had to stay at that place for the next three years of his life. that shit is crazy.

no not really, either the cops didn't know what they were doing or he was high on PCP or meth...

and besides they always say it takes 4 cops to take someone down...hell why do it by yourself when you can wait for backup???
