couple shoulder day action pics...sorry not good, but the best I could do. I lost some weight when I had the flu a cou-le weeks ago, but it has almost come all the way back. I am running 268lbs - 270lbs

Going good brother...the leg is 95% so I am killing it, but being careful. I have stretching 3-4 times a week, ice and I am all good! How is the little one?

Still not a bad number. I do alot of heavy leg presses, but mainly like half reps primarily to build size in the quads. It's certainly made a difference
