Just about every muscle group I train cramps up after my work out especially glutes on leg days and I can't even do 20 sit ups without my abs cramping. A bicep cramp is the worst, that shit hurts.
Hamstrings and they are horrible. I also get them under my tongue, yes under my tongue and it is the worst ever. I always get potassium and eat a banana and though it helps I still have them. My hip abductors cramp bad as well after leg day.
