Creatine make your heart race?

I don't see how creatine could speed your heart up.Creatine is a something your body already has in it in the form of creatine phosphate. It's something your muscle's use for energy.By taking creatine in monohydrate or other pure forms I don't see how it could cause your heart to race unless it's mixed with something else.It also allows the "inside" of the muscle cell to hold more water. But that should not cause your heart to race.I have used it on and off since it first came out in the 90's and have known a whole lot of other guys who have, with no heart problems at all. But,everybody different and should be careful with any supplement you use.always get check out before trying anything!

Nope.- Maybe the increase in body weight might cause the heart to beat a little faster. Coach probley is just trying to keep you guys off supps. Thinking it will eventually lead to gear.

That's what I thought too.I do recall several years back a highschool wrestler dying and they tried to blame it on creatine. But the artcle said at the time he drop at practice he was trying to lose several pounds in a few hours, which didn't make much since if he was trying to lose weight why he would take a supplement that everyone know's causes water retention.

just keep workin on it bro it will come my bench when i first started workin out was pittiful but my squat was amazing cause iw as a catcher for 13 years. I always felt ashamed cause in high school thats all people ask what do you bench i ask what do you deadlift :> lol. my first time i ever squated i think i got like 285 or so but thats cause thats all i ever did it will come though bro just keep workin hard at it and dont skip days.

i was taking creatine, glutamine and no2 cause me to have heavy digestion problems especially heartburn and gas. also had heavy bloat which raised my bp. had headaches for over 4 days. unless you a really trying to bulk up i would stay away from them all.

cheap products will do that too you, I wouldn't say you need to avoid all of those things but if you went from no supplements to taking all of those things at once you can't expect your body to adjust to it all.

Ive heard of people powdering up ephedrine tabs, mixing it with the creatine and selling creatine to make them feel a kick of energy.

now that's weird, never heard of anyone doing that

Mike's right, there's a lot of cheap creatine out there.if I'm using a creatine powder I like using german creatine it's always work well for me.when I've used cheaper forms, even from some big names in the industry,I get the screamin shits like you would'nt believe!!!But everbody is different and you should always get a check up before you start using any suppliment.

I've never heard of creatine doing that. Must have been ephedrine, and the coach got it mixed up.
