thanks bro, seems like I'm changing my body composition. Going to start adding IGF to the mix this weekend and should really start seeing even more changes come on quickly.
hahah yeah bro, I've done the pinch test a few times actually, it's usually about 2% lower than what the scale says as long as the scale is consistently inaccurate by the same amount then I can use it as a gauge.
thanks Saudades, I stopped weighing myself everyday because the changes were so slight and I've been inconsistent with training due to sickness, injuries, infections etc. but I'm back at it now even though I've currently got a sore throat.
