215+ lbs
probably like 16+% bf now. lol.
I am officially a fat ass. I remember back when I couldn't for the life of me get over 185 or 190 lbs at like 10.5-11% bf. lol. Back then I would have given anything to get to this weight, but looking back I think I looked a lot better back then. lol. Time to start cutting I think. lol.
