I have always spent forever in the gym at each training season. It always seems like someone has a question or I have one, or some shit just slows me down. The last two weeks though I have only spent at the most a hour and a half and thats leg day. I hev really just been trying to focus more and block out distarctions. Not to mention I feel I have a way more productive traninig sesion. Pumps, strength, intensity, they are all way more intense also. What do you guys think? Does cutting down your workout time benifit you like it has for me????

Yes I notice the same thing, if I'm not distracted I really don't have much rest time which hinders strength to some degree, but the pump is non stop.

Yeah .. I'm 1.5 hours at full throttle. Talking is for the coffee shop I tell people .so no I'm labeled as rude by the senior citizens working out..

Bro I carry a digital timer w/me at almost all times, its programmed to set off a series of beeps after 1 minute, this bails me out of any conversation w/anyone who interferes with yr training. Now I have to use some tact because I own the joint, but at least people know they have boundries. The investment was approx $8 and has returned many dividends

I don't screw around when I'm at the gym. If it is a busy day I don't wait for any machine, I just move to something else that will be similar or if the DB area is crowded I go to a corner with my DB's. The only long days are arms, usually about 75 minutes and legs are a solid 2 hours.

What I have been doing lately is splitting up my legs into quads and then a separate hammy day and then it's about an hour each workout. To me at least I don't feel that cutting a workout shorter or longer is better than another, I think there is a good time for both throughout the year.
