the PCT below is very solid and tired it before and almost kept all my gain from the previous cycle i am 6'1 195 lbs around 12-14 % BF

1st time running T3 just got some stubborn fat around my lower abs would like some advices about that also. Cheers

W1-10: EQ 400mg a week
W1-09: Test E OR Cyp 600-800 mg a week
W1-10: NPP 200mg E3D

W05-09: T3 25mg ED up to 100 then down again to 25mg ED
Days 1 & 2 - 1 tablet per day
Days 3 & 4 - 2 tablets per day
Days 4, 5 & 6 3 tablets per day
Days 7 - 14 - 4 tablets per day
Days 15, 16 & 17 - Reduce to 3 tablets per day
Days 18 & 19 - Reduce to 2 tablets per day
Days 20 & 21 - Reduce to 1 tablet per day

W10-13: T3 25mg ED up to 100 then down again to 25mg ED
Days 1 & 2 - 1 tablet per day
Days 3 & 4 - 2 tablets per day
Days 4, 5 & 6 3 tablets per day
Days 7 - 14 - 4 tablets per day
Days 15, 16 & 17 - Reduce to 3 tablets per day
Days 18 & 19 - Reduce to 2 tablets per day
Days 20 & 21 - Reduce to 1 tablet per day

W10-14: Test Prop 150mg EOD
W10-14: Winstrol 50mg ED
W10-14: Mastron Prop 50mg ED
W10-13: Tren ACE OR Hex might not run it as it’s 2 harsh for me sometimes only gyno wise

Proviron all way through and in PCT also
Nolvadex 20mg ED all way through
Aramidex 0.5mg every 3<sup>rd</sup> or 4<sup>th</sup> day all way through

HCG
2 Weeks Before End of Cycle: HCG @ 1500IUs 3 times a week
1 Week Before End of Cycle: HCG @ 1500IUs 3 times a week
First Week Post-Cycle: HCG @ 1500IUs 2 times a week

Clomid
Day 1 Post Cycle: Clomid @ 300mg
Days 2-14: Clomid @ 100mg ED
Days 15-28: Clomid @ 50mg ED

Nolva
Days 1-28: Nolva @ 20mg ED
