cycle help needed please

k here's the deal, i planned on doing an eq anavar cycle but decided to screw the anavar and go with eq prop. i am in my 3rd week now. i started my first 2 weeks of eq @400mg/week. i just started the prop this week, week 3 and plan on doing 400mg/week 100mg/eod. i have 5000mg of prop. i plan on running the prop 400mg in week 3 and then 500mg/week through weeks 4-12. i planned on running the eq @ 400mg/week from weeks 1-5 and then bumping it up to 500mg/week through weeks 6-11. how does that look? is there a better way to do it? i know eq stays in you for about 17 days i believe so i was thinking of running the test a week or a week and a half past my last eq shot. if i run it that way i would still have 100mg of prop left and could do an extra shot in the beginning of week 13. i also have 30ml bottle of 1mg/ml arimidex and clomid for pct. should i run the dex at 1ml eod? my goals are to drop some body fat and harden up. i am watching my carbs and doing cardio 4 times a week. my diet is clean. i am 5'10 180 pounds 24 years old. have done 3 prior cycles. i know i should have made up my mind before starting my cycle, but i didn't. i want to get the best results. i would appreciate any help how to make it better. thanks.
 
seems like youve doen your research. try and run your prop a week and a half longer then your eq then do your pct a week after that. doses seem good. i wouldnt increase the dose unless you need to ., if your growing dont.
 
Bro' just like DW said, you seem to have done some researching into things and this plan looks good rather than sound like a broken record i wont tell ya what you already know. are both of your pct's liquid products....the clo and a-dex.
EQ/prop is fine and you will like it as long as you dont mind the eod shots of prop. I might have missed it in another thread but is this your first cycle or not....get some stats poted and keep us informed on how things go from here...and EAT....train hard bro!
 
thanks for the replies doublewide and mdtnt. mdtnt both the dex and clo and liquid. i have never used them before. hopefully they work well. this is not my first cycle. i have done 3 cycles. my last one was over two years ago. there were not huge cycles. i'm probably 13% body fat. my only flabby problem is in the abs, espcially the love handles. i am hoping to lose them. i am have some definition in my abs right now. currentlly i have been eating around 2500 clean calories a day, 200-250 grams of protein per day. i try to lay off the carbs after 7 pm. i burn calories pretty easily at work, i'm on my feet teaching and then i coach after school. should i up the calories and protein? i definitely need to lose some fat but i want to gain size in my arms, shoulders, back, etc. i am not really big to begin with. i would love to drop some body fat and add on a few pounds of muscle. i've been doing cardio at least 4 times a week 30 minutes each session. should i change my diet? thanks for the help guys, i really appreciate it.
 
bro i would throw some dead lifts in there if you are not already doing so.....one of the best things are deads for adding some size to those parts you are trying to bring up....As far as your diet goes you cna obtain good results and eat less wasteful foods...i had the hardest time when i was younger maintaining a clean diet, the things i though were clean and those little snacks that are not clean at all really screwed me up. cutting out the carbs lte in the day are a good move, keep eating the protein and dont miss a drop. As for changing your diet i would say run it as it is and if you aren't seeing the results you want then start making some small changes a little bit at a time.
 
thanks mdtnt. i do dead lifts with my back routine. i was told not to do them everytime that i do back because it can be bad for your back. so i did not do them last week. prior to that i did them the last 3 back routines. well this was told to me from a friend that's a bodybuilder, but who also has a bad back. so i dunno. should i do them everytime i do back? i hit back once a week. tomorrow is back and bi's. i hit each major body part once a week. i do abs and calves twice a week. i was told i can do abs and calves 3 times a week but i don't want to overtrain them. i do cardio on tues and thurs and off day from lifting and throw abs and calves in there. and do cardio sat and sun morning on an empty stomach. sometimes i'll go friday night and do cardio at night cause i'm not going out partying. thanks for the help. i really appreciate it.
 
no, i wouldn't do deads more than once a week any ways....they kinda wear you out ...start a cycle log and keep track of your progress....we can help you through out this one and see what changes you might need to make...M-
 
mdTNT maybe i didn't do a good job explaining i can barely keep my eyes open, i haven't been sleeping well the last week and it's catching up. hopefully tonight i can get to bed. i would only do deads once a week with back, but my friend told me to do them every other back routine, which would be every 2 weeks. he's not a fan of them to begin with and even said i can scratch them totally from my work out because in the future they would do more harm than good.
 
are you at least getting in enough carbs durring the day....you cna tend to be pretty tired when you dont get enough carbs in...you cna still eat clean and eat carbs...clean carbs are my first big meal...breakfast i love it
 
i think i get enough carbs in. here is my diet of what i ate today. sometimes it's tough eating cause i teach and then coach. always on the run. hard getting calories during the day.

7:30 am 1 scoop of whey protein 20 grams of protein 4 grams of carbs and i open a box of raisins 1 box 130 cals 33 grams of carbs, i snack on that
8:00 am 1 scoop of whey protein continue snacking on the raisins

about 10 am in between classes i'll eat a protein bar 200 cals 18 grams of protein 17 grams of carbs, something in that area

12:10 lunch whole wheat pita with low fat ham in it with mustard
a serving of fruit, whether banana, pineapples, fruit. sometimes i add a sugar free jello snack, and i eat fat free pretzels a small handful and about 1 serving size of peanuts 130 cals whatever the protein is.

3 pm another protein bar and a piece of fruit

5 pm 2 scoops of whey protein

6 pm 2 grilled chicken breasts about 28 grams of protein aboiut 1 serving of rice, maybe 1.5 so 40-50 carbs i'd say

7pm cardio, calves and abs

8:30 pm myoplex shake with water and 4 ounces of orange juice

9:30 pm, a few pieces of brocolli and fresh ham,

10:15 pm a scoop of whey protein

when i am off from work i am able to eat more and have more time to cook, but mon-fri is tough. should i add more to my diet? if so what r other stuff i can eat? after lunch sometimes in between periods i'll snack on raisins i will also do that sometime in the am after my protein bar up till lunch i'll snack on a box of raisins. and iwake up frequently in the middle of the night and will snack on cashews and peanuts if i'm really hungry. so pretty much everyday i'll have 5-6 scoops of whey protein 20grams of protein a scoop. 1 myoplex shake 42 grams, 2 protein bars 18 grams in each bar. usually ham on whole wheat pita bread mon-friday. some kind of meat and rice for dinner. i eat white rice alot, should i go to brown? some nights i'll eat a can of tuna 20grams of protein. i try every other night with that. is there anything i should take out or add? also what about sunflower seeds? they are aaround me when i coach? that can be extra calories, but r they a good source? i know the salt is not good. thanks again.
 
I would have a hard time surviving on your diet Hoover, i start my day off with 1.5 cups oats 3/4 raisens mixed in 10egg whites two yolks cooked. 1/2 cup of cottage chese and 1/4 cup pineapple. Thats just the first meal of my day and it packs a lot of carbs ansd protein. I also like to add a 1/2 cup of dry grapenuts to my oatmeal when it's hot for a little crunch and more carbs...clean carbs in almost all of what i just mentioned. I get into my second meal about 2.5 hours later with a shake, three hardboiled eggs no yolk, 1 can tuna in water and a small handfull of almonds. My day keeps on going on like this until about 7 or 8 pm when i usually finish up with a newyork strip or a tuna steak. For veggies i eat tons of cauliflower spinache or other fiberus carbs..With all other meals i try and get 1cup of wild or brown rice in so mcuh better for ya'....
Even on a teaching schedule there are ways of getting these things in...On the coaching side let the players see you eating ....it moight be some motivation for them to eat better...lol
 
thanks mdtnt, i am going to do a better job getting more protein and clean carbs in. maybe i will get up earlier in the morning and get back to eating oatmeal. i definitely need to eat more in the morning. i think that is why i am tired at work. i will switch over to brown rice. i just picked up some egg whites already seperated in the carton. i think on sunday i am going to spend alot of time preparing food that i can snack on during work. thanks again buddy.
 
No problem bro'....i personally like snacks like almonds, raisens cauliflower, broccoli etc...easy clean and can be pretty filling. Eating carbs in the early am is a good way to get a jump on the rest of the day....it's the biggest carb intake i usually get until meal 4 when i end up eating another cup of rice adn 1/2 cup of raisens....cant put those little buggers down.
 
is 1 mg of dex eod enough for my cycle or should i bump it up to 1mg ed? i can get another bottle of dex if needed.
 
if you have the dex you are fine for what you have its not going to be an issue.
I might have missed something or already been stated but my eyes went blurry reading this whole post..lol Im old..lol

i would watch the sodium and salt and carbs, they will bloat you up on test and if you do and take arimi(dex) eod and you will be good.

the pct subject
clomid at the end is great but if you have dex continue to use it all the way to the end, it will help keep more test in your system even when you natty test comes back.

so do the clomid therapy high then slowly start to lower it. look under the clomid therapy in the forum its a great post for this subject and will help alot about when to take after last shot or intake of an aas..i also think its great that you did some research before you did anything.. good job bro and good luck.
