Cycle info

Well elbows aren't much better and I want to start a cycle next week. I have test, deca, trin and igf on hand. I know the deca should help with the pain but don't wont the unwanted bloating. What are some suggestions. Im just tired of not lifting from this damn elbow pain. But I also don't wont to make it worse by lifting.

The Deca will help and if you keep the dose low to moderate (say 300-400mg/wk) you wont get that much water gain with it. STAY AWAY from skullcrushers, heavy preacher curl or maybe even preacher curl altogether. Rule of thumb with any injury. If it hurts to do it, find an alternative. There's all kinds of exercises/moves to choose from. You dont have to do the one that fucks it up, even if its a main staple from your past workouts. Its about being able to continue working out consistently. I've had to cut out a few moves that I didnt want to either, but I'm still in the gym 4-5 days a week. every week.

Kill it son,

I'm with ya bro. I absolutely had to cause they were killing my elbows. And, heavy preacher curls were killing my distal bicep tendon. Thank the good Lord my shoulders are ok....lol

I had to give up skull crushers a couple years ago due to an elbow injury with them. Haven't been able to do them since without elbow hurting. Sucks cause this was my favorite tricep workout.

I loved doing triceps, its like they would balloon up way before my biceps would show any growth. I was doing 4-5 sets of behind the head raises with the 120lb dumbbell with ease.

I hear ya buddy. I only have 2 naturally good muscle groups. Shoulders and Triceps. I hated giving up those skullcrushers. And my neck injury has set back some of my heavy shoulder workouts. But hey, I'm 42 and still hittin it hard so, I still consider it a win!!
