Which generally yield better results

Creatine , cycle or constant. Taking 20g a day OR for loading cycle , maintanence , and off , and repeating.

Glutamine .... constant or a cycle?

IGF I have already been informed on another post from saud that cycles work best.

to be honest i am not sure on creatine. i generally just use it then when i run out or dont seem to getting the results i once was i stop..glutamine i run all the time

Thanks.

I have a tub of creatine , and was just wondering since theres alot left. So going to take 20g a day , get glutamine take constant. Whey protein take only after workout for anabolic window.

Also IGF when I get around to it , im currently unemployed because I was working for the GF's brother in law , which I knew was a bad decision. But so when I broke up with her job fell through. So currently waiting looking which Im waitin to hear either from employent agency or place that the application was designated to.

Which I might eventually start taking law enforcement class that is being taught at the community college 12-16 week course not sure how long it is. Then I can get a state job.

glutamine can be taken continuously.
creatine - I agree with IP in that you take it until the result diminish. There are alot of different kinds of creatine, and the kind you use probably has an effect on how long you should use it.

As for an LE state job, good freaking luck on that. I know alot of people trying to get into that field (but not myself) and the open positions are very small compared to the people applying.
In other words, you have to stand out from the competition.

True , which I would be taking the classes on th side for the job that id get , and if I coud get into it then great but , doesnt hurt to try. Because be nice to get some state benefit.

I always loaded and then just took a maintenance amount of creatine. It seems like I read the body can only handle about 125 grams on average. It won't hurt to take 20 grams to keep you topped off so to speak. I would also cycle it when it stops working. It really helps my endurance. I would also take the glutamine constantly.

I cant really remember too good the kind of results I get when off of creatine , compared when on.

Most of the time ive worked out I was taking creatine. Only for a short amount of time have I not been on creatine when working out. So hard to gauge.

I think ill go completely off of creatine for 1-2 weeks then start back 20g a day till I feel I hit a plateau then another 1-2 off.

BTW thanks for all the input

Creatine can fuck up your liver if you take it for too lojng without a break.
articles backing this? i have heard this for a long time same goes for kidneys but i havnt really read any diffinitve science backing it if i recall...so if anyone has any articles please post them

Creatine phosphate is actually produced and stored by the kidneys and liver. So.... If the body is receiving an external supply of creatine, it will automatically shut down all production. This will create a condition, chemical dependency, making creatine a DRUG. Anyway, you'll be dependent on it. Later down the line, you'll experience kidney and liver damage. Why? Because the by-product of creatine, creatinine, is similar to uric acid, it is a toxin. When too much builds up, it puts stress on these two organs. (this may explain why one of your readers experienced a fiery pain, and why a lot of people breakout with pimples and get diarrhea, due to the body's inability to filter so much toxin.

I have the internals of a goat.... I think my body can handle it :)

nah im jp , Im taking break off of creatine for now , Start back maybe following monday. Or the one after that one to give me 2 instead of 1 weeks off. Depends on how I feel currently at the gym when not taking it.

I thought people got diarrhea and "fiery pain" (a.k.a. cramps) because they used a cheap crappy quality creatine product.

never used creatine religiously but ive always switched it up and never ran constant. worked ok.
