Everything I've read advocates a 4, 6 week cycle max. I've started a slin cycle myself again this week. However, rather than PWO, I've been doing Pre and so far, so good. I suppose I'll be able to measure the gains--if any--by the end of next week.
P.S. The pre-slin protocol is advocated by milos, phil Hernon, and several other 'experts' and deserves serious research. I tried 10ius 10 minutes before my workout yesterday and felt freaking great. Excellent pumps, my strength was great, and no DOMS at all (I always get doms)--no more pwo for me.
How many grams of carbs? Humalog?? Did you drink carbs throughout your workout? Did you take any preworkout supps with it?

I still have never tryed insulin, i prolly would have by now if I could get Humalog as i am afraid to try humalin r. The protocal Nair posted seems like a great plan and I bet the pumps while working out are insane if not almost painful from using slin preworkout. Damn would love to try this
