Just wondering what you guys feel about cycling insulin, is it okay to use year round post workout or do you use it for a time and then take a break, so far I have been cycling it.

Most guys here don't use insulin or don't continuously cycle it, but there are a few who could answer. Bumping it up again.

We are still well behind over here in terms of advances in bodybuilding and especially the chemical assistance side of things, thats why I am here to learn.

I wouldn't use it year round, hard to stay lean on without gh, t3, igf-1/ even if diet is good also run a higher chance of becoming insulin dependent.

I personally don't like insulin too much...I was probably at my highest weight of all time when on it, but it wasn't worth the risks of using it for an extra 5-8lbs. Too unpredictable for me...Your whole post-workout and the following few hours revolves around the stuff...I don't have enough time in my day to tie up that much time.

I have never had any problems with it, I take 10 i.u. 15 minutes before I finish training and then when I finish I drink a 1000 calorie shake loaded with sugars, these two should peak at the same time if done like this. Then I just eat as normal for the rest of the day. I think as long as you are regularly getting in plenty of complex carbs then a little insulin after training does no harm. I am really considering staying on while I am off gear for a few months as I have continued to gain for the past few weeks of being off and am now up to 230 lbs and staying fairly lean.
