OK, I'll be nice.
A good place to start bulking wise is 20kcal / lb. If you're an eating machine, 25 kcal / lb is possible.
To cut fat, 10-12 kcal / lb is a good starting place, adjusting according to rate of loss, cardio, other phy. activity, etc.
15 kcal / lb will keep most people at maintenace kcal.
