OK about 6 wks ago I was doing dumbell extentions, heard a snap or pop or something like that and boom I was done training triceps for the day. Although its gotten better, it still hurt somewhat since that time. I just found other excersises to do that didn't hurt the elbow.

Yesterday I had to push my very heavy car out of my driveway because it wouldn't start, heard same noise and now its sorer than ever. What can I do to help it heal? I've been taking joint formula by Parillo and iced it some. Bear in mind both my elbow bones have grown likely from GH, they are now the size of half a golf ball. Does this new bone growth make that joint more vulnerable to injury? I dont have insurance so going to Dr is a no no.

This is setback in my training for a contest next yr. Too bad cause I was just getting to where I wanted to be. any suggestions are welcome. Thanks

Id stop doing every type of pushing movement, for weeks seriously this could be a minor verios of what happened to me which was a 90% tear of my tricep tendon, which requires surgery period. If you only barely tore it you could get away with no surgery. My advice is stay out of the gym for a month, dont push anything with that arm and when you do go back dont do skull crushers, dips, behind the heads or any chest,or shoulder press for a while

Damn Bro, thats tough. How did they detect it? MRI?

yeah and the sound it made was 2 pops loud enough for both spotters standing about 5 feet away to hear, do play with this, trust me if its not already too late dont push yourself, and if you say that well I dont want to not workout bc than I will get behind trust me when I say it will be a couple weeks before you can get surgery, a couple months in a brace and trying to get your range of motion back than a few months past that where you can actually do weight that a 14 year old can do

OK I can live with a month off ( I'm in middle of cycle too argh) should I be icing it? If its a slight tear then maybe it can heal on its own. Can I still do things that dont hurt it like back and bi's or whatever? You say MRI did detect it or can a Dr diagnose w/o MRI? Thing is I still have mobility in it for 3/4th range but when my hand gets nearer the the fully bent position the pain starts. You too?

well a dr would have to write the script for you to get the mri and yes thats the way to see the tendon. if its bad enough to where you dont have full ROM I really think you shouldnt workout anything with that arm. A doctor will manipulate your arm and it will hurt, hopefully not making it worse than send you for an mri, you may want to do that since you cant bend it. Hopefully its just muscle tear stuff but if you heard a pop I wouldnt bet money that it was only muscle ya know

Honestly, if it's only a slight tear, try getting some IGF if you haven't been using it, it will help you out. Also, as far as what he's saying, you definitely don't want to push it so if nothing else, see if you can handle doing pushups and if nothing else, just do those until you're able to use someweight

I've never ran IGF, anything I need to know first? Currently I'm running moderate dosages of GH, Prop and Tren Acct but intend on switching to EQ to replace the Tren.

I think running eq or deca during a cyc is almost a must now to stay safer, im sure some here will disagree but I dont care, I been thru the injury

I would give it a go bro for sure, helps with healing, search the articles I hav put some good info up in the past

Metal as much as I apprecaite the online diagnosis, my gut thinks I have a stubborn muscle strain (my gut has been wrong too). Starting tonight gonna drop the Tren for EQ, take a few WO's off the pushing exercises and go very light when I go back. Hopefully between that, the elbow will be fine. Thanks again

PS Just wearing a support wrap seems to help w/pain and increase the ROM

alright bro, keep in mind eq takes like 6 weeks or so to activate in your system. Stay safe man and good luck
