They don't even get back to you and confirm that they got their money after you sent it so you just have to wait. After two weeks I got tired of waiting. I reached out to them. The guy acted like I never even made an order, even though I showed him the screenshots of how I sent the money. It's very disappointing that people conduct business this way.
