OK...how about some more info about yourself? How long training? goals, current body fat, weight, etc. As a rule I don't get that much from an all oral cycle especially a dbol only cycle. Typcically, dbol is used to kickstart a cycle at the front end of the first 4 weeks of a cycle from anywhere from 25mg-50mg/day. You see some gains, but most of them are from increased water gain. Most that use it alone, end up losing most of the gains when they come off. You must also have the proper ancillaries before you begin a cycle as well.
