Yesterday was chest day, but I felt like it wasnt a good workout. So today I did it again, and I was better and stronger today.
 
yeah thats a little weird,lol, did you do the same exact exercises or did you do totaly different shit
 
That's what I'm saying. I've never tried it, but it seems like your chest would be sore and weak, even after a not so great workout.

He prolly went straight from the Phone Booth to the gym so that explains it all,lol
 
I can only do chest once a wk. It's the fastest growing body part of mine. Biceps are the hardest growing.
