Im nothing close back to normal, but was able to do some movements, and weight that allow me to get a "ok" workout. Going to get another massage on it in the morning.

yes I feel the pain but I have to push through it some to break up the scar tissue. I went from pressing 150lb dumbells to 15lb's. yesterday I was able to get the 65's without to much pain, but stopped there. Was able to aleast put a plate on the hammer strength things and play around with it some. was only aiming for a light pump, which I got.

I think you should do a video pressing the 15lbs. :D

Wow bro, so it was a pretty decent tear. Did the Pec contract constantly and fully or did it spasm a little when you tried to contract it??

be careful. how long since the tear?

i had a friend get a slight pec tear, little blue and purple. so he injects deca right into the tear and says it feels better. then benches heavy again and rips it to shit. what was he thinking? lol

must have felt good to finally train chest again, even if its not super heay training

I guess about 4 or 5 weeks since the tear.

and your friend is an idiot.

4 to 5 weeks is the time it takes to heal, now the scar tissue is not flexible and it is when you have to be more careful, go easy, remember this is not a race, keep the massage and do not inject oils or deca or nothing but igf, it is the only thing that would help recover 100% the tissue since promotes new cells locally.
All the best for you and don't get anxious just wait and do a lot of light under control movements and you will be ready in about 4 weeks.
