I was planning this for my third cycle, to begin in a couple of months (Indeed, I am eager):

* QV Test E (600-675 mg/wk) 1-12
* Tren (90 mg/eod) 7-14
* Winny British Dragon tabs (50 mg/ed) 8-14

What should my approach in diet be? I am 6'2," 223 lbs. and still fairly lean. I guess I am more interested in strength now, and maintaining that strength once off-cycle, as opposed to brute size (trying to maintain a bulking diet and a social life on the weekends was very difficult for me). I was thinking of sticking to around 3000 calories, low on carbs, and 250-300 grams of protein...per day, of course. What else should I take into consideration, all?

I wouldn't run the Fina more that a week longer than the Test.
I like my sex drive good and high and Fina can kill it.
Have some Anti-E around.
You may need to up your Protein if you want your Carbs low unless you will be eating a bunch of fat. I would take you Protein to about 400ish.

Actually, thinking about it a little more, I think it would make more sense to run the Tren from day one, see how I respond to it, and if everything is going well (no bad side effects) I could run it a while longer, perhaps for 10 or 12 weeks. Tren will also act as a kickstart, too, right?

I'd go ED with the Tren (50-75mg)-slin pin in the delt is the way to go-get specific with your nutrient breakdown-ie:400gm protein(1600 cal)-200gm carbs(800 cals)-70gm fat(630cals)-3030 total cals-personally for your weight I think thats a little light on the carbs-If your training like your life depends on it you'll need all the energy you can get!!Also you'll be amazed how the Tren keeps you lean!!-Get your liquidex and Good Luck!!!

Lot's of good advice here.

3000 calories might be a good starting point (and I like the way rippedchef proportioned those carbs), but I'd plan on increasing your calories by 500 calories (per day) each week and watching your progress. You can make smaller adjustments, like 250 calories (per day) a week, if you want, later, but I'd start by increasing 500 (per day) each week. If you think you're gaining too much fat, back off by 250.

BTW, be sure to check out LA's article in the September ezine, which should be available today. Great article on the psychology of a bulking cycle!
