wheat penne pasta, 2 turkey burgers chopped up and thrown into vodka sauce, added mozzerella, riccatta, and parmesian cheeses, with garlic powder and pepper, total in the pot was about 170 grams of protien, I ate 1/3 mmmmmmm (worked out just before I started cooking, gym 6 days a week, still a fat kid at heart though I love to eat not gonna lie)
