wheat penne pasta, 2 turkey burgers chopped up and thrown into vodka sauce, added mozzerella, riccatta, and parmesian cheeses, with garlic powder and pepper, total in the pot was about 170 grams of protien, I ate 1/3 mmmmmmm (worked out just before I started cooking, gym 6 days a week, still a fat kid at heart though I love to eat not gonna lie)

I think the eating is one of the biggest perks man, I love to eat, if I werent hitting the gym like I am then Id be fat as hell. I eat at least 3x more than anyone I know and its hard to gain weight. Hell, I ate almost a whole 9x9 pan of Turkey Meatloaf today and thats only the tip of the sword.:chicken:
