I have that pull up bar but not the dip rack, after I tore my tri tendon I did alot of research and number one tricep injury is due to skull crushers (how I did it) 2nd on the list is dips, I can tell u that pull up bar is nice but makes marks on the frame of the door and u cant use it if ur over like 220
