I absolutely hate anything with more then 4 legs. Id tell them you demand 50ilbs of muscle milk powder or you will be filling something against them. At least if its powder you know theres nothing special or at least cant tell if there is before hand.

I didn't take a picture of it and like presser said, i dont know if i can use cytosport ever again, im really a wuss when it comes to ingesting bugs, let alone a giant millipede creature...

i saw one of these come out of the wall in my house one time and i still wont go near that spot a year later lol!!

not sure what they could do to make this right, maybe my $4.00 back for starters!! And some eq or b-12 so maybe i have an appetite ever again!

Damn, you could have just taken it to your local news, made a fuss, and the company would probably give you a few months supply to make up for it--besides the fact that they'd have the health inspector breathing down their neck to make sure it didn't happen again.
