Check the other side as well,are they symmetrical? If so it may be just normal as everyone has a small amt of tissue there. Your natural test elevation that happens at your age can increase your estrogen levels as well so even without juice gyno is possible. Sometimes its hard to tell by looking at yourself....take a picture and that may be more objective.

I actually have the same prob in my right nipple too.  Never done a cycle (yet).  I went to the doctor to have it checked out, and he said its nothing to worry about long as it doesn't grow.  (this was a couple years ago when I was 18 or 19, and its the same size still).

So I'd say nothing to worry about unless it grows

Squishy is good. I'd just let it alone unless it grows or becomes painful. If you check it to frequently all that manipulation can keep it more swole/inflammed,so maybe try to only check once a week or so at most. Another alternative would be to start up some antiE2 precycle (arimidex)to see how it affects the area.

If you don't feel a little hard bump, you are probably OK bro. But, a lot of guys that got a slight case through puberty, do not get the little hard bump, and it still feels kind of soft. When you are on, watch it closely. If you are worried about it, always take anti Es when on, and you should be fine. Later

I had lumps when I was young,but they went away and haven't had problems since.  I think 19 is a little young to start juicin.  If you do I'd take some liquidex and nolva pls winny with any AS with progesterone effects (deca and some think-tren).

i got a little bit of the big "G".  i'll tell you this.  You will notice it if you have it.  They will have their days when they are sore. not a superficial soreness, but more of a deep soreness.  I can't let my girl lie on my chest sometimes since it hurts if she puts her head directly over the area.  A friend of mine,  a cosmetic surgeon, recommended that it can be reduced(aside from surgery) by decreasing your bodyfat.  To me this seems a little far fetched since the tissue is more glandular than it is fat.  He's the Md, not me.  anyway, ive been doing more cardio than ever and i think that there has been minute decreases in the size of the tissue.  good luck bro.
